Sunny Day

Everyone Loves a Sunny Day! Warm and Cosy inside and out! lol. We are drawn outside into the Sun's light whether it's taking a stroll in a beautiful park or garden, fishing on the banks of a pond or subathing on a beach. There's just something special about a Sunny Day! When I was a child I learned a song, that said. I Believe in the Sun, even when it isn't shining. Remember that song? It went on to say, and I believe in God. We know He's there, His Word tells us He is and that He will never leave us. We aren't able to SEE HIM physcially, but Oh can we see the evidence around us! Like on a Sunny Day! Seems like everyone has a happy heart on a Sunny Day with a select few acceptions. Oh, to capture that Feeling that elation of a Sunny Day in our hearts anytime we chose, how nice that would be. Then that would mean our atmosphere would be perfect at all times. If only it was that easy. We have rainy days, cold dark days and stormy days. Like in Life, events change with each day. So our hearts can choose to ride a roller coaster of emotions depending on the atmosphere around us. Or The Son light within us can control our perspective on our daily life! We choose to have a Happy Heart for God. Learning to be content in all situations not complaisant, but Joyful contentment in Jesus! Ahh! I like that! Son Light anyone?

Spontaneous Joy

Many years ago before I really KNEW Christ and All that I could have in knowing HIM my joy was based on my surroundings and situation. I did not know the meaning to REAL Joy, especially Spontaneous Joy. I Came to realize as Christ made it known to me, that I allowed these things to control my JOY and Peace. I was not yet equipped enough with God's Word to understand there were other ways to live. That changed in time. Back then my perspective was not a healthy one, at least not yet! As I learned more, things I saw of myself, I didn't like, thank GOD He was patient with me. I desperately sought approval and acceptance from everyone, not realizing my value in God. Nor had I even realized the amount of pain and anger I held in my heart, because of circumstances in my life that had cause me to hurt in my heart so deeply. It stole my identity, my youthfulness, my innoncense and my trust at a young child. The pain that was inflicted on me from another person controlled my life because not only did I feel my value decrease but others treated me as if it had. My lack of confidence projected outwardly and satan used that to hurt me all the more. Because of this pain I viewed my value as next to nothing, this too controlled my joy as well. The dreams in my life for my life dissapeared.
BUT, and I MEAN BUT! When Jesus Got a hold of my heart, He began a process of tearing down strongholds and walls, healing my heart's core and my minds perspective and slowly yet instanteously, the JOY began to build! There was a release!! I felt FREE from the walls that had entrapped me for so many years. There was this fluttering happy feeling rising up in my heart, WHERE Did it come from? There was nothing really new in my surroundings nor my situation, so I knew it had to be Jesus! The more I read His Word and discovered His Plans for me, the more JOY bubbled up in my heart. Then there were these moments after reading a certain passage or hearing a Word through a song or a person, where the JOY would Spike so High, I wanted to shout and sing!! In my alone time there have been moments where Shouts of God's Praises occured very loudly! Before Jesus, although I wanted acceptance from people, I feared people. Keeping my distance so that I wouldn't be hurt. My fear controlled my joy. Are you getting a pattern here? Then I met a lady, kids called her Ms. Chocolate, she was teaching our church kids at a kids camp. She said a few things that were very profound and has become a part of my foundation in my walk with Christ. First, she placed a piece of Candy in the palm of her hand, and she told the kids [me] that we were secure in the palm of God's hand, and us being rooted in God's Word and secure in our Faith, nothing could shake us out of God's Hand. She pressed that candy in the center of her palm cupping the candy and shook her hand, and it stayed put! She said see "Nothing can shake you out of God's Hand!" I felt another piece of the wall fall from around my heart, it was throbbing like a rush of Water was cleansing out more hidden pain. God revealed to me at that time that things could shake my world, but if I knew I was grounded in HIM, I could still stand in Peace and Joy. Then Ms Chocolate taught the kids how to handle pain being inflicted on us. She explained for us to think of having a white table before GOD, and all that we do is on our tables. Good and Bad. And She asked, "What do you want on your table?" Now with that thought, she said, when others do you harm, that is on their table before GOD and They have to answer for that to Him, just as you have to answer to HIM for whats on Your Table! WOW! This lesson for children was touching my heart so much. I felt myself recalling past hurts and dealing with them. Then she said, now when someone hurts you they have to answer for that, it's on their table. Now the way you respond to that hurt, is on your table before GOD. Want to say Profound? I felt more of the wall around my heart crumble and it began to throb even more, the Holy Spirit was doing His Word inside of me. Now this occured back in 1999, there have been WORLD SHAKING events in my life and it still is a prominent tool I use! Now,where does this fit into my JOY. Well John 16:22 states; "So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy." See Jesus told us here that we will have times of grief and also, we pocess our joy. He says, 'No one will take away Your Joy." This tells me, I pocess my joy, its not circumstantial unless I allow it to me. WOW! I pocess the power to maintain my JOY IN JESUS! Look at this scripture; “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” - Romans 15:13 Through the Power of the Holy Spirit that dwells inside of me, I am able to maintain a constant JOY within and there are times that it spills over and touches other's hearts. Then, I really experience that Spontaneous JOY in Jesus when He uses me to bless someone with His Love and JOY! Constant or Spontaneous, it's a JOY that I choose not to live without! It's an indescribable JOY! Thank YOU Lord, For that complete JOY we find in Your Presence! Psalm 16:11.

I pray that your joy be full and constant.

Security of the Heart

Happiness stems from feeling secure and safe. If we Believe God's Word is True, we have received and believed His Word that tells us if We Trust In Him we will have His perfect peace! Finding that perfect peace promotes security and from pocessing that security we can find Happiness. You can Know this security and know God's Love for You! Know that God Delights in You! He knew YOU before He formed you in your mothers womb. He has plans for You, plans of success! He tells us His Ways are above our Ways. We are in the natural World, He is Supernatural! With God all things are possible. So, what do we do to find that security. Read God's Word, Claim His Word as True and Hide it in our hearts, Believe it with all our hearts we can rebuild our Core beliefs in Christ! See our Core Beliefs is what guides us in behavior and thoughts. And if our core beliefs are not in the right order or on a false foundation, it's hard to find the Happiness we are looking for because we have no security! So if we consume our hearts and minds with the Positive Knowledge of God's and our existance and our future, we find confidence in HIM and security for ourselves. We know and believe God our Father is taking care of us. The benefit is Joy, Peace and true happiness from within no matter what the outside is like.

His Amazing Love Overwhelmes My Heart

(JUST SOME THOUGHTS --FROM MY HEART--I PRAY FOR YOU ALL TODAY AND I ASK THAT CHRIST REVEAL HIS PERFECT LOVE FOR YOU AND THAT EACH OF us SEE THE LOVE IT TOOK FOR HIM TO DIE ON A CROSS FOR US ALL.)

PEOPLE CAN'T CHANGE OTHER PEOPLE!!!!

ONLY GOD CAN CHANGE PEOPLE'S HEARTS THOUGH CONVICTION AND HIS TRUTH, THEN THE PERSON STILL HAS THE CHOICE TO MAKE.

TO CHOOSE GOD'S WAY OR NOT!!!

SOMETIMES WE TEND TO FORGET THAT CHRIST IS AN ADVOCATE FOR ALL PEOPLE, YOUNG AND OLD, WE ARE NOT THE ADVOCATE WHEN WE PRAY FOR PEOPLE, WE ARE SIMPLY AND SHOULD BE PRAYING WITH A SINCERE HEART OF LOVE FOR THAT PERSON. it is a petition of love to a loving GOD!

NOT WITH AN JUDGEMENTAL ATTITUDE;LIKE "God change this person to be more like you, so that I can get along with them!"
***DEFINITELY A SELF centered PRAYER HERE!

MANY TIMES IN THE BODY OF CHRIST, PEOPLE LOOSE THEIR WAY OR SOME OF THE WORLDLY BEHAVIORS CREEP UP AND PEOPLE WANT TO CHANGE THEM OR THROW THEM OUT!!! I SAY LOVE THEM!

WE CAN OFFER COMPASSIONATE LOVING SUPPORT AND CORRECTION, NOT JUDGEMENTAL CORRECTION, BECAUSE WE HAVE ALL FALLEN SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD! WE ARE ALL SINNERS. THOSE IN THE FAMILY OF GOD, ARE SINNERS SAVED BY GRACE!!! THEREFORE WE SHOULD HAVE MORE COMPASSION FOR THOSE WHO FALL AND MAKE MISTAKES! AND SEE THEIR STRUGGLE,
*OFFER PRAYER SUPPORT TO THEM, LET THEM KNOW , THEY ARE LOVED , NOT SO MUCH THE BEHAVIOR WE ARE SEEING! BECAUSE GOD SAYS TO LOVE THE SINNER NOT THE SIN, AND ALLOW GOD'S LOVE, AND THE LOVE OF CHRIST TO EXPOSE THEIR SIN TO THEM AND WHEN THEY FEEL TRUE CONVICTION, (THEY KNOW THE TRUTH)

THEN GOD WILL MEET WITH THEM, CONVICT THEM, AND IF THEY REPENT, HE WILL FORGIVE THEM JUST AS HE HAS FORGIVEN US, AND HE WILL TRANSFORM THEM BY HIS GRACE AND LOVE!

(THE REASON SO MANY OF US GET DISAPOINTED WE SET OUR EXPECTATIONS SO HIGH FOR OTHERS, FORGETTING THAT THEY ARE HUMAN AS WE ARE HUMAN. AND THAT GOD IS WORKING IN EACH OF US ACCORDING TO OUR ABILITIES AND DISABILITIES IN HIS GRACE)

THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED AMAZING GRACE!

REMEMBER THE SCRIPTURES OF THE PERSON WHO OWED A DEBT, AND HIS DEBT WAS FORGIVEN AFTER HE BEGGED, THEN HE TURNED AROUND AND WENT STRAIGHT TO A PERSON WHO OWED HIM, AND HAD HIM BEAT AND THREATENED HIM WITHOUT MERCY. HE DIDN'T LEARN ANYTHING ABOUT HIS MASTER'S GRACE AND MERCY, DID HE? MAKES ME WONDER, HOW MANY OF US GET THE FULL CONCEPT OF GOD'S MERCY, WHEN WE CAN'T FORGIVE OTHERS FOR THIER WRONGS.
(SEEMS LIKES WE HAVEN'T RECIEVED THAT FULL CONCEPT OR GRATITUDE FOR OUR FORGIVENESS)

YES IT HURTS, WHEN WE ARE LIED ABOUT, OR TALKED ABOUT, WE ARE HUMAN. (IT HURTS) BUT ----WE ARE NOW HUMANS WITH A SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH WITHIN--GOD'S HOLY SPIRIT!

--THEREFORE--WE CAN HURT AND BE HEALED BY HIS GRACE---AND STILL LOVE THOSE WHO HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE CONCEPT OF GOD'S GRACE! (YES THEY ARE WRONG) THROUGH CHRIST WE HAVE THE POWER TO FORGIVE AS WE ARE FORGIVEN AND LIVE WITH THE HURT BUT NOT IN THE HURT. WE SHOULD LIVE IN THE JOY OF GOD'S GRACE AND MERCY FOR US!

REALIZING THAT GOD IS STILL WORKING ON THOSE WHO ARE HURTING OTHERS AND SHOW COMPASSION FOR THEM.

IF WE LOVE THE SINNER AND NOT THE SIN, THEY WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE. WE ARE BORN AGAIN BELIEVERS IN CHRIST JESUS WHO ARE FILLED WITH THE SAME POWER THAT RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD ---SO WE ARE STRENGTHEN IN HIS LOVE AND WE ARE ABLE TO LOVE OTHERS THOUGH THEIR SIN --JUST AS HE LOVED US!

(DO WE TOLERATE THE SIN WHERE WE BECOME A PART OF IT? NO WAY, LET US SHOW LOVE AND CONCERN AND THEN SEPERATE OURSELVES FROM THAT SIN AND LIVE ON WITH JESUS, BEING COMPASSIONATE TO THOSE WHO HURT OTHERS, LOVING AND KIND. BUT YET LIVE A CONSCECRATED LIVE FOR CHRIST!)

JESUS SAID TO PRAY FOR YOUR ENEMIES! NOT JUST SO THAT THEY BE CHANGED--BUT SO THAT WE BE CHANGED TO STAND STRONG IN HIS GRACE AND LOVE WITHOUT FALLING INTO SIN OURSELVES!
(NOW THAT'S GOOD-! DEFINITELY FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT!)

Complete Joy IN You Lord

The Word of the Lord says, that "The Joy of the Lord is my Strength!" There are so many blessings in our life that brings us JOY! Happiness! The most ultimate JOY is knowing Jesus Christ as Our Savior! Having that security in knowing HIM creates peace and joy! This is Eternal! Here on earth, we experience things that bring us complete Joy, that is definitely Heaven Created and Devinely designed by God's Hand. Like the day each one of my new born babies were placed in my arms, to be able to hold a New Life that you had a part in creating and caring for. I thought that was the ultimate Joy here on earth. But, then your baby grows up into a fine young man and finds a beautiful girl to take as his wife, then inspired by their love, God allows them to have their own baby, my granddaughter, there is such a JOY inside of seeing them operate as new parents with their new JOY, and seeing them do things that they saw their parents do and then things that they learned on their own. What JOY fills my heart witnessing such a blessing. There are no material things in this world that can take the place of such JOY. The Joy of New Life, The Joy of Knowing, That a Heavenly Father, took time to hand designed a precious new life with her own personalilty and desires, to complete a purpose in which God created her for. And the Blessing of Holding that New life, and seeing God's fingerprints all over her, what a JOY. To see the beauty in her that God created is overwhelming. To think of the life that is ahead of this precious new life, it's like a new notebook with out any words,her life will be created each day that she lives. How exciting it is to conside the days ahead and the things she will accomplish. What an Amazing God we have! What a BLessing of JOY! God's BLessings continue and with each new blessing is a new Joy! I only end in saying that this weekend, My Joy was made Complete! Thankyou Jesus!

A Workable Heart

What is the condition of your heart? Is there a revival taking place in there for Jesus? Are there emotions locked up that you have protected for years? Maybe, your heart is Joyful and Carefree! What is the condition of your heart? Think about it. Is it hard? Is it soft and pink? God can't work in a hard heart. He loves a a plump pink soft heart that He can put His hands into and touch and remold to become more of a heart of Christ. God showed me several years ago, as I started seeking Him deligently, that He was going to have to remove some hard walls I had placed around my heart. Mostly they were there to protect my heart from being broken again and again. See everytime I was hurt I allowed a wall to come up around my heart (picture a fort with its high walls with a gaurd on top of it-scanning for the enemy--See that was my heart's condition) Well, guess what, when the Walls were up, not only couldn't anyone get in, but LOVE couldn't get out, I was angry, sad, depressed, lonely and bitter! The condition of my heart --well --it was destined for Hell! I was destined for a life of sadness. Then Jesus open my eyes to His Love--Real Love---I began to Cry! As I cried, the walls came down. O--not all at once, Jesus still had a lot of work in me to do. (that is why I love Phil 1:6 He will complete the good work in Me which He has begun). Well reconstruction began--first God allowed me to revisit all my passed hurts up close and personal--I remember crying on my knees beside my bed and meditating on Christ in the Garden with Blood as tear drops.You know It is possible--I know my eyes were swollen with purplelish lumps fixing to burst. Then I read in Scripture where God sent an Angel to minister to Jesus, that night. I began to pray ernestly and specifically. God began revealing things in me that needed to GO! Through His Word, and His Holy Spirit, Mental Strongholds began to snap ( I literally heard them break) and with each lie being torn down, I began to feel liberated and Free! The Love of Christ filled my Heart, the walls came down, see God showed me that these walls, were called Attitudes! As these walls came down I began to think differently about things, things that were done to hurt me I no longer kept inside of me, I learned to literally to lay them down at the Feet of Jesus. For years I missed out on so much due to the hardness around my heart, because of the fear of being hurt, I didn't let anyone close to me, therefore I missed out on friendship, compassion, Love and FUN!!! I guess this is Why--it is such a burden fo me for Teenagers to know the Christ I know Now--don't waste half your life shut up inside a Hard Cold Fort of Pain! Always on the defense ready to strike at the first person who comes near, in fear of being hurt. (Realize others are hurting as you are and sometimes you are not on their agenda to attack, theya re simply hurting and in need of a Savior to touch them) Sadly, to day when a person lives like this, not only do They Miss JESUS, they are physicaly hurting their body. Heart Disease, stress and mental anxiety are all Results of the Negative Spiritual Conditions of the Heart. Ou Lord wants us to live in Peace, Love , Harmony, and realize that Trustingi n Him brings us that pefect peace. REalizing that He is our Refuge and High Tower, He is advenger and He is Advocate! Interceding for each one of us before the Father. I encourage you today Lay your heart before Jesus, allow Him to work in your heart. And if You have been down this road as I have, pray for God to protect Your heart, keeping you mindful of others and compassionate for there hurts, and put of the armor of God, the Breastplate of Righteousness will not only portect you, but remind you to stand in God's Righteousness, not to stoop as low as the devil's attacks. But to Stand Stong in the Power of His (God's) might and don't give up. God is working in You, to refine You, to Revive You, and To Use You to reach others with His Pure Love that can only come from Reconditioned heart from the Devine Heart Therapist Himself ---Our Lord God Almighty!

Father, touch the hearts of those who read this today, Father Reveal Your Everlasting Love to Them, Reveal to them Your Mercy that is new everyday. Oh, Lord Thankyou for the Supernatural work you have done in my heart and for what You continue to do until the day of Christ's Return. Father allow our hearts to overflow with Your compassion and Love, and most of all , Your Joy may it oveflow and touch the lives of others bringing them new Hope. Oh, Lod, protect our hearts from the evil one. And Father, know our hearts, forgive us and please continue working in us. To bring you Glory! In Jesus Name. Amen

My High Tower

Straight from my heart~~~~~~~~~~~
We often forget that God knows all our needs, when I say all, I mean also all of everyones at the same time, He has our hair numbered on our heads, He knows our hearts, (all at the same time and yet He is able to focus on each one of us at the same time) Isn't that amazing?

When You find it hard to talk to God, or maybe you are anxious to talk to Him with a list of concerns and burdens , First Sit and be still, remembering that Jesus our Advocate is before the Father making intercession for us, and that The Holy Spirit is also interceding for us. So spend time with God, as Max Lucado once wrote, crawl up in the arms of Our Father and sit a while and soak up His presence and His Love. When, I feel like I am so wrapped up tight and can't seem to relax o pray what I want to pray, I just say; "Heavenly Father, Lord allow me to just sit for awhile in Your presence at Your feet, Father wrap me with Your Love, allow me to feel the warmth of Your presence around me. As I praise you Father." then I take a long deep breathe, and its like I can smell and feel His presence around me. Snuggle up with God, let Him show you His Love fo You. Take Rest in His presence.
When we stop to pray, be quiet first and listen to the Spirit; be thankful and talk to Our Father and TRUST!
